for a newt?

I have a worm culture going now for about a year and from time to time the worms are either eaten rather quickly, grabbed for a second then released or just ignored. This has left me somewhat puzzled so I have watched what is going into the worm bin.
So in a nut shell here is what we've been feeding the worms:
Friut - apples, pears, strawberries, blueberries, mangos, cantalope, honeydew & watermellons and banana peals.
Veggies - Carrots, celery, greenbeans, lettus and other greens.
I also add fish food, Rep Cal, and some other assorted fish foods.

Do you guys have any ideas? or suggestions.
Thanks,
Ed

Salt and Garlic is what makes the worms tasty! No not really I am just kidding.

Honestly, if you've been feeding the worms the same thing since you've started the culture then I'd think it would be safe to assume it's just the newts being picky.

Have you tried any variety in their diet? They may be just getting tired of the samething day in and day out.
