What's wrong with her tail?

My axolotls tail looks like its starting to deteriorate. She has no tank buddies, and there isn't any objects sharp enough to hurt her. Does she have a fungus? ich? I keep the temperature at 65-66F and PH levels are normal is there something going on? please help!
