Illness/Sickness: White fungus?

Please help my poor Simba looks like he has fungus all over him! I've attached a picture so you can see.

-He has a regular diet of earthworms and sometimes bloodworms

-There was a heat spike since my air conditioning wasn't on during the day

-These spots have seemed to come out of nowhere

Should I continue feeding him regularly?

Just did a water quality test:
Nitrates: 20
Nitrites: 0
Ammonia: 0.25
PH: 6

Temperature is at 24, but going down to where it should be

Fungus is pretty opportunistic and was probably caused by the heat wave. I'd give him regular salt baths until the fungus clears up, keep feeding him as normal, and be extra diligent about keeping his water clean and cool.
