Illness/Sickness: White gill!

One of my axies fluffy gills has went white :S he is eating properly and doesn't seem ill, but fve noticed he keeps chasing his tail, what's going on? :(
 
I would say it is fungus.
Does it look like this?

Fridge this axolotl, and give him salt baths, HERE is a very good tutorial on how to do so.
