There are white little worms on the glass of the tank, I am worried because I don’t know if they will harm my axolotl. I don’t really know what I should or could use to kill them off? What could I buy to thoroughly clean out my tank?

Look up images of detritus worms. Is it that? If so, a few 50% water changes over the next couple days should clean them up without a problem and they shouldn't cause much harm. Be sure to be cleaning up any uneaten food or waste right away to prevent them.
