Hello! My old cycle crashed and lead to a large ammonia spike. I removed my axolotl and am attempting to recycle my 20 gallon tank. I added safestart 12 days ago and my current readings are
Ammonia: 2-4
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5
Tap water is 0 for all of those.
I have a weird yellow/white powder like dust all over the bottom of my tank, does anyone know what it is and if I should remove it? Also am I on the right track with cycling?
