White spots on head of three week old axolotls

My baby axolotls have developed white dots on head. (They are tubbed with 2X water changes after eating brine shrimp). I feed them blood worms once a couple of days ago. Are the spots on top of their head normal?

Yes they are normal its skull etc. It always looks odd for several months.
