White spots?

Hello! Kobe has recently developed some white spots on different parts of his body. Wondering if this is normal or if he’s sick? ( he seems to be happy and content and doesn’t show any irregular behaviour but i’d like to know if he’s okay. Thanks!

looking at the video it looks like anchor worms, I believe there are numerous threads on the forum on the signs and treatment.
