yea worms keep coming out my axies neck like blood worms are less of a problem but the live earth worms keeeeep wriggling out of this little hole on her neck im freaked out nd not feeding her live worms at the moment but i dunno if this is right she seems rele happy nd spends most of her time exploring nd swimming about nd sitting in her tree nd genrally being happy im just worried coz its disgusting x

Hannie why does your axolotl have a hole in its neck? Do you mean the opening behind its gills?

A photo would be useful and as blue said is it the gill slits if so I think it wouldn't be harmful but I may be incorrect and hopfully someone with more experiance will confirm the correct answer.

Axolotls retain a gill slit, which is... a hole in the neck, behind the gills. While unsightly, it's not dangerous to have worms come out of this hole.
