Question: Worried about baby axolotl

Hey everyone, probably being unnecessarily paranoid but looking to get some opinions on a strange white dot in the head of my new baby axolotl. I thought it may be fungus but it's definitely internal. What do you guys think? Any advice is much appreciated!!
