Hello, I'm completely new to keeping axolotls, but have been keeping fish for awhile now. With my goldfish, I've always fed repashy gel food as part of their staple diet, and noticed that repashy also has a gel food mix for carnivorous reptiles/amphibians, and a similar one for carnivorous fish. I've had nothing but good experience with the soilent/super green repashy products, and like being able to make it ahead and keep it frozen for MONTHS. I was thinking it might be useful as somewhat of a staple diet in place of earthworms, since the only way I can get worms that I know are organic is online, and I'm really not comfortable setting up some sort of earthworm breeding project. I could even cut the repashy into little strips and wiggle it like a worm so the axolotl want to eat it. What do you guys think?

I have been feeding my Axies the Meat Pie Reptile, as recommended by Repashy.

here's a vid of my axie chowing down:

p.s. thinner, short strips are easier for them to eat
