I finally found some salamander eggs in a tire rut filled with water...the first eggs I have ever found since I started this journey from reading a book in 3rd grade almost 30 yrs ago.....
Some Have started to hatch....there is 2 masses and one that looks that is has gone bad,it is cloudy and the eggs are greyish color and not formed at all,all together they are a little smaller than my fist,with at least 40 larvae out of the 2 good masses...the tire ruts had at least 50 masses of eggs and I took 3 of the smallest one.
