You'll just have to take things one day at a time where they're concerned, rather than worry about how long they'll be in there (ours have been in fridge for up to 3.5 weeks - my mother refuses to go into our fridge when she babysits in case they're there).
Feeding depends on your fridge temperature. If its lower than 10C then they may not eat. You can try putting a little food in an hour before you do a waterchange, that way if they haven't eaten it can just be cleaned out at the waterchange.
