hi all, its my first post here so please forgive the noobieness.
anyway...one of my axies (albert) was eating on a regular basis (every 3 or so days) and would basically eat anything that was given to him (heart liver, tubifex worm, earthworms and crickets). but even tho albert was being fed he was getting more and more skinny. he is extremely skinny now.
i went to the local aquarium and they suggested that he may have worms which is causing him to lose so much weight despite him eating.
they gave me some tablet looking things that treat the water and get rid of flukeworm, tapeworm etc.
in the past few days albert has refused to eat,he seems to be getting weak and doesnt move a great deal. albert is in a tank with another axie (phillip) and phillip seems fine and healthy. the water has been tested also and is in good condition.
was the aquarium correct in their diagnosis or could there be something else that is wrong with albert?
