It does look a bit like a prolapse, it may also be improperly digested food, mine have passed blood worms semi whole. I would suggest a trip to the vet if it hasn't already resolved it self.

could not be there is a little string attached to it , spermatophore should look like little jellies right?

Hi folks. Thanks for trying to help. Turns out it was the result of an internal parasite. All well and good now anyway.

was it a worm? bring him to a vet as soon as possible to get it checked good luck on them.
