Will she make it?

I have an adult female lotl and recently I had put a few juveniles with her since they were over 6-7inches a few days after they were in with her they chewed 3of her legs over night.

She's doing fine now eating and swimming around and I separated her from everyone else. Water conditioners are normal and I'm changing every few days.

Do you think her limbs will grow back? Is there antibiotics that I can put into the water to help her? Idk what to do beside a lot of water changes and making sure she's doing fine. Will post a pic later..

Unless there's signs of infection or fungus, I would just monitor and keep her clean and cool.

If she's eating and swimming normally (well, as normally as you can as a monopod), then just keep an eye out for fungus. Axolotls are masters at healing. It could take a couple of weeks to months for legs to grow back normally, but they generally do grow back.

Okay great.. as far as signs of infection what should I look for and if there is infection what should I do?

Infection will look like redness at the wounds. A little is normal, but excessive redness can mean infection. Fungus looks like a bit of a cotton ball stuck to the wound.
