Question: What are these came out from my axie?

I just got two baby axies today and when I checked minutes ago, I found these red strange things in front of my albino. WHAT IS THAT? Is that their waste? I'm a newbie to axies hopefully there is nothing wrong with them and just me being paranoid

Its poop. Poop comes in many forms, little nuggets, jelly-bean shapes, worm shapes and sometime crumbly bits. Nothing wrong at all.

I also need a little advice on how to clean their poop poop... If their poops always come like this I don't know what is the best way the clean them except from changing all water in the tube, I dont want to scare them.

It's easiest to use a turkey baster to suck out the poop.

When they're big enough to feed on earthworms, I find you get giant head-sized poops instead of the crumbly stuff.

Until they walk through it and make a right mess, that is!

Turkey basters are an absolute godsend!
