The wounds do look superficial which is good news! My biggest concerns would be infection and stress. Be extra diligent about making sure they're kept in cool, clean water. Maybe provide extra places to hide and keep the light off/darken the tank to help them feel safe. At the first sign of fungal infection I would begin salt baths as per the sticky in this thread but wouldn't start them unless you see signs to reduce stress. Id also consider adding Indian almond leaves to the tank to promote healing and reduce stress, I believe they also have antibacterial properties.
Maybe also search this forum for signs and treatment for bacterial infection as well, especially since dogs mouths are full of bacteria, I don't have any experience with that but know others have.
I think they're gonna be ok tho they came away remarkably unscathed! I hope both of you start to feel better, sounds like a terrifying experience.
