What kind of chemicals is she using in the tank? water conditioner brand? ect.

She says her axie is still eating daily and pooping normal and active
There's definitely something serious going on. Skin color changes like that and a complete loss of gill stalks is usually indicative of a water quality issue.

when did you last test the water? did you use strips or a liquid test kit?

My next thought would be some kind of bacterial infection

She uses a api test kit and tested this morning :/
What should she do if it’s a bacterial infection

How long has she been looking like this?

my suggestion would be to remove her from the tank and put her in a quarantine tub with fresh, cool water. do 100% water changes daily. keep feeding her normally, but see if she makes any improvement by being kept in fresh changed water. Generally I treat bacterial infections with Furan2, but I know that that can't be found in the UK. You could try black tea baths to see if that will help sooth her skin. See if that combined with the fresh water changes helps.
