filing drawers for hatchlings?

i was wondering if something like this;

could work for housing eggs and hatchling axolotls. obviously 100% water changes every day and constant spot cleaning - but i wanted to ask if it might be suitable while they’re smaller

My cousin did it. Personally, I've never done it, but when I went to my cousin's house she had them in the drawers. She complained how difficult it was to check on them (water sloshing everytime she opened the drawer) or change it, so just be wary of that.
