Our little guy won’t eat

Hi everybody. We got an axolotl last Tuesday and the first day was a little rough. There was some water adjustments that had to be made but he’s all good now. He’s straight and swimming and he looks happy. However he has not eaten anything since we picked him up a week ago. The pet store said he should be fine but does anybody have any insight or suggestions on how we can get him to eat. Thank you in advance

We have some pellets that he was eating for them and also tried blood worms

Well he’s definitely eating now so we resolved it. But we didn’t do anything special. We just kept trying to feed him at the same time every day between pellets and blood worms. Just yesterday he ate when we put it in front of his face so he’s eating so just stick with it tom-tom a little bit with it and stick it in his face but make sure that he knows that it’s there and know that even when you walk away he might be still eating all the pieces that fall off.took about a week for him to eat.
