My boi doesn't poop very much is there anything I can or should do to help him he's thriving as best I can tell

how often does he produce waste? also, how often is he fed?

I give two small red wiggles everywhere day and as a treat mabet twice a month some salmon cut into match stick size

When fed earthworms, axolotls poop only a bit of earth (or dirt for red wigglers) and the poo isn't recognizable for long (it rapidly dissolves in the water.
It's possible your axie normally poops and you don't see all the poos

No he's in a bare bottem tank and I can see the whole bottem

check the nitrate levels over a period of days, if they are going up then he is excreting waste.

His cloaca is swollen otherwise I wouldn't stress

it does look a bit swollen in the reflection in the picture, could just be getting into breeding condition but still worth keeping an eye on him.
