AXOLOTOL HELP NEEDED

My axolotl (I had for 3yrs now) not sure how old it actually is as we found it in an Esky, has recently developed this lump between its back two legs. Has anyone seen this before & how do I treat it please?

Do you have a better picture??? It looks like it's a cloacal prolapse. He's going to need veterinarian attention ASAP. If you can't get to a vet, you may need to place him in sugar water and carefully stuff the organs back in. This can be fatal.

by the looks of the photos there is signs of slight prolapse but there is also signs of fungus so the prolapse could be caused by trapped fecal matter, once your axoltl has defecated the prolapse may reduce, if the prolapse doesn't reduce then veterinary assistance my be required to reinsert prolapsed area.

he has been like this for about two weeks and it looks to be getting bigger, do i stope feeding him or? I dont even no a vet that treats Axolotols in Perth Western Australia

the cloaca on a male tends to be larger and more pronounced then with a female, it is sometimes it is a good idea to google some images so that you know the differences and also if something doesn't look right.
look into using holtfreters as this may be all that is required to resolve the issue a there does seem to be some swelling that shouldn't be there.
