White specks in tank

Hello! I have discovered some tiny white specks along the bottom of the substrate in my tank. I introduced springtails a couple months ago, and they disappeared. I’m wondering if these could be baby springtails. Looking VERY closely I feel like I can see antennae, but I may be imagining them. I have not seen them move. Planning on doing a full substrate swap tomorrow anyway, just wondering if I should be concerned.

Thanks! They definitely are, started jumping around when I changed the substrate.
