Hello people! My friend gave me his axolotl since he couldn't take care of him anymore. He's very sick and I believe he's got multiple infections.
His left eye is white and cloudy, I'm sure this is a fungus infection but I have no idea how to treat it.
He's got a weird bubble on one of his left gills and a bunch of white spots on his body. I've been doing salt baths and the spots have diminished but that's about it.
He's not really that active and hasn't been eating much.
Ammonia is fine, pH is fine, Nitrites are high. I did a water change the moment I saw the high nitrite result.
I don't have an exotic pet vet near me or accessible to me. Please help, I really don't want to lose the little guy.
