1 Month Old - Super Worried

Hello All,

There is no such thing as too much research or tips. That said, I still feel woefully under-prepared to be taking care of my one month old. He is stressed from travel and likes to play dead when I feed him or do water changes. To limit stress I prepare a tub the night before so he's not in an intermediary state while cleaning a single tub. Any tips on getting him to eat normally or not be scared of me, or anything provided by experience not stated on care sheets would be a great help.

What do you usually feed, and how are you feeding it? And how are you transporting him between tubs when doing water changes?
