3 neglected axies need some advice please (graphic photos)

I love the updates on these guys. I cannot believe how wonderful the larger ones look! The little guy has a long way to go, but he has come a long way, thanks to you. It's truly amazing.

Update on little warrior... His back right leg is regenerating really well, don't know if you can see in this pic but he's got toes on the leg now, he's starting to put on weight and fill out more and made a good step forward yesterday he took food off the floor by himself (and continued that today) without being syringe fed and had the most ginormous poo I have ever witnessed lol

All I can say is wow! What an amazing improvement! These axolotls are so lucky they found you to nurture them back to health :)

I would like to nominate Ghozt for the 'Rescue of the Decade' award!

This story is absolutely amazing - that little guy is doing incredibly well despite his neglect. I honestly didn't think he'd survive, but he really is looking good, and is obviously responding to the TLC.

Well done Ghozt!

I second that! I can't believe how much healthier he looks. Thanks for giving him a chance. It certainly has paid off for him.

Thank you for the updates. It's amazing the improvement!

Hey ghozt,
It is really quite tragic what some reckless people with little respect for life can do to their pets. Quite depressing really.
On the other hand, it is quite cheering to see people like you have enough kindness in their hearts to care for abused animals.
They have pulled off quite an amazing recovery under your care. They are very amazing in regards to their regenerative abilities.

Little Warrior taken this morning.
Has toes on his back leg now and is starting to move it about and use it. He's eating 2 worms a day and comes to the front with puppy dog eyes for more lol

Amazing improvement! Recovery stories like this are great to hear:)

I can't believe how well the little one is doing. It really is amazing how well they can recover even after such bad neglect. Great job!

Well he's proved a lot of people wrong (myself included at one stage) but heres little warrior taken about 5 minutes ago he's now on 2 earthworms a day to build him up and man can he poop lol

I'm almost crying here! This is the most amazing story and rescue ever!!! This is really magical and all thanks to your amazing care and love... Speechless and so inspired!

Amazing! This is a truly wonderful story of a spectacular recovery - from 'at death's door' to plump, healthy and happy.

I can't stop looking at this! What a journey - makes me cry every time - thank you again for not giving up on him!

I saw this when you first made it and I just saw it now and I had a few tears in my eyes. This is so amazing to see him on the brink of death to the big guy he is today. Thank you for helping this little guy and all the other two.

Very astonishing. I can't believe the power of man can do so much damage but so much care and regeneration. Truly Amazing

Looking at the before pic of that poor axolotl makes me tear up! I can't stand seeing animals in pain or suffering, no matter what kind. You are such a great person for nursing them back to health and not giving up on them! Such an incredible story, thank you for sharing it with us!

It is truly disgusting that someone would let an animal get into that state, but you've done an amazing job of nursing it back to health. Really well done.
