I'd be separating them into individual tubs & quarantine them all!
I would discontinue the chemical treatments & try salt baths at half the strength recommended & for half the time recommended twice a day! You could use the same salt bath for all separately but them put them back in their clean individual containers.
No one ever said raising babies was easy! But you have to be vigilant about keeping that water clean & change it often to keep the fungus that comes off away from the lotl.

Keep changing their water in tubs daily - if not twice daily & scrub their tubs clean every day with Bicarb/Salt 2:1
