hi i got 2 cynops cyanrus from mr. shrom a few months ago. they have been wonderful animals, there both males. i just got in 3 females from nate(there beautiful). i introduced them to the guys, wierd thing was that all 3 females began chasing my males..lol . i've never really read anything about this happing, the youngest male i have will not come out of his hide spot, i think the big male has made friends with the lady's. is this a normal reaction from the females or should i try and seperate the guy's from them ...? i've really never seen this before any help will be a great help to me

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
