Hey, folks. I'm Cory. I'm a new breeder; I woke up one morning, remembered the picture of the neat little 'water lizard thing' I'd seen on Facebook a few years prior, and decided I wanted to breed them. (My poor impulse control is why the wife handles the finances lol)
I did about 150 hours worth of reading and research - much of it here - before buying my first breeding pair off another breeder a few hours away. Now, three months later, I'm working on my first batch of eggs.
I'm 31 years old and I live in the middle of nowhere. This is a business and hobby for me, and I love watching the little guys develop and thrive. I'm actually set up to do a few presentations in my local school district on the axolotl and how it's pretty much become extinct in the wild. I'm looking forward to that one!
Anyway, I've got no clue what else to put here, so have fun with my ramblings.
