From my thread "Ali is getting worse" I would like to thank all you well wishes for your heart felt concern and I'm sure Ali felt them too.
After a lot of emails to many organizations around the world, the general consensus was euthanasia. As you know thats not in my nature. However, I tried 4 different antibiotics that many of them suggested... A long story short, by the 4th one she began coughing up blood and hemorrhaging. Our hearts dropped so the best thing I could do was stop treatments and make her last hours as comfortable as possible. I held her the right way up in my hand under the water for over an hour... I put her in the fridge and in the morning her water was pink but she was still alive. So daily I would hold her in the water right way up for almost 2 hours, within a week she stopped coughing up blood and the hemorrhaging stopped but her tummy was still huge.
The first photo, holding her daily..... The 2nd photo, a week or so after hemorrhaging stopped, you can see her scare..... The 3rd photo is of her today..
Thank you all very much... She's a real fighter isn't she???
