allow me to introduce myselves......

Feeder fish can carry disease-less of a problem with salmon. i've seen some feeder fish tanks, and if you ever have to do a fish disease database-just point the camera in and start shooting.

I would see if you can feed them in a seperate container. No need to squeeze out the oil, but use sparingly. Perhaps axies need there omega 3's...haha
 
Throw in my two cents: Mealworms arent very nutritionally complete and probably shouldnt be used as a staple. Also, the chitin in their 'shell' makes them a bit more difficult to digest. stick with soft foods like earthworms!
 
what about liver because he was eating it yesterday he only eats liver and earthworm is that ok i will try some beef heart soon he is only a baby
 
Crl not too often with the beef heart. He should enjoy it but he won't be able to digest the proteins properly....and for a growing axie he needs to get the best available into him.
Worms ar great...but again only occaisionally with liver...it is very rich
