I dont know if this is an amazing axolotl feat or just a normal thing that axies do, so i thought id come in here and ask.
about last feburary my cats managed to get the lid off my axies tank and the two of them absoloutley ravaged him. long story short, i found him lying on the carpet where he must have been for about three hours, he had a huge chunk taken out of his back and clawmarks all down his side. his tail had been shredded and had a couple chunks taken out of that too and he had one of his gill thingys torn off. his tank water was red so im assuming he'd bled a fair bit and he was a stiff as a board when i found him. i put him back in his tank and after a while he wriggled around a bit but for about a week he just floated at the top of the tank and didnt move or eat at all. anyway, hes much better now and totally recovered.
so my question is, would this happened to any axie? or was mine just lucky?
