Anchor Worms??

Hey,

I'm currently working away from home and my partner as sent me a photo of our axolotl and I noticed what I think may be anchor worms but I'm not entirely sure. Any help from you guys will be greatly appreciated.

I do not clearly see anchor worms in the picture. Was it with fish? Usually if they get anchor worms they get them from a fish.
