Hi, I was wondering if anyone would like to be on like in say 13 hours time (thats monday morning 10am in Australia) to answer the questions and chat on the caudata chat, with my grade fours ( that's 22 ten year olds )we have just got our two Axolotls so I'm sure they will be keen to talk to some experts. Let me know what you think!

I wont be here (its trip to the zoo weekend), But i'm sure whoever is around would share their expertese

ahhh if i had know then i would have loved too!... I think your best idea would be to post a few days ahead for all of us to know... then we can see what we can do..

Hummm time wise if u put it in GMT ppl can work out what time to be in chat easier!

Let us know and i'll try be there!

If I'm not mistaken, this will be late at night for the folks in Europe, and mid-evening (Sunday) for US folks. (From Mountain Time, US, to Australia is +17 hours).

Hey just finised in the chat with the 'kids'.. was very enjoyable.. even tho very few questions were asked other than.. who r u, where r u.. etc.

Hope to answer more questions about ur axies soon! lol

:D

WTG Kim, Ambassador for axies. Would have liked to have been there, but couldn't make it.

(Sorry Mik, couldn't help myself...)

Thx pin pin sometimes I use the Pc at work and it gets confused between reviewing and posting message. Dumb thing!

Thanks to everyone who participated in chatting with my class on monday, hope you had fun cause my class had heaps of fun.

Yeah, it was very mad! Questions coming from every which way!

LOL but great fun hope to do it again... even tho it was 2am again for me :D

To all, I shall be putting the class on again, tomorrow, (it's the same time every week basically)but this time I shall put only half of them on so it should be easier to 'hear' them all.
They are getting heaps out of it, however I think this shall have to be the last week. Maybe.

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
