Looking for advice on building a year round outdoor enclosure for tigers. I have questions about what type of materials were
used, and depth of substrate. Last thing I want to do is create tiger popsicles. I have done a fair amount of reading but become
nervouse I am going to kill them. Any experience would be appreciated.

I don't keep tigers, and I'll let someone else weigh in on their cold-hardiness, but I can give you general advice on protecting your tanks/enclosures from temperature extremes.

I looked up the climate in your area:

Your winters are a bit colder than what we get here, and your summers are a bit hotter, but the same basic techniques should still apply.

I decided to make a separate thread out of my answer, and you can read it here:

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
