I'm going through a very busy period again at work so if I am absent for a few days, as I have been this week, please excuse me. However, there are plenty of frequent contributors who give excellent advise Mike S, Leah, Kim to name but a few.

I will always try to log in and catch up every week in any case and things should slow down again shortly...and then I can nerd again by logging in every day
