Appetite?

I've noticed that lately, Stelly will take a chunk of worm, chew it and spit it out. He will grab them off the tongs hungrily, but ends up spitting it all out.

His temps are between 13 and 17 with his feet healing.....could it be the cooler temps, or is there a problem, since he seems interested but then spits it out?

He refuses everything but earthworms, so I don't know what to do if he starts to refuse these too.

Cut them into 1 inch chunks, he should swallow them whole easily

I do. He sucks hem in, chews then spits them out. Could it be he's not hungry with 15 and 16 degree temps or maybe because he's trying to heal his feet?
