I have had 6 fire bellies for a year, and today I bought 2 tiny ones from a shop. I put them in with the adults (the pet shop said it would be ok) and one of the adults put a baby in its mouth, it had half of its body and head in there. and would'nt let go. I had to get it out, I've now took the babies out. Would they be ok together - was the adult just showing whos boss - or would the adults eat the babies?

The adults will eat the babies. They're not picky: if it moves, it's food.
