Are mudpuppies good pets?

I am a big fan of the muddpuppy and I was wondering if they are good pets for example are they easy to take care of,what the water temp should be and were I could get one. could someone tell me this info and mabie post some pictures of theres. Also I live in Montana

I read that CC article a week ago, and advice doesn't get much better than that. Some of the scientific supply companies will offer mudpuppies from time to time. Search Carolina Biological Supply, Nasco, and Wards. You may need an "in" at a school to order from these companies. Some require it, some don't... if they do, check with a science teacher...maybe you can "work" a project out of it...

Colton, is that your photograph? If not (and I suspect it's not, as I've seen it elsewhere), you should change it. Taking others' photographs and using them as your own is highly frowned upon on this board.
