I don't know about the film developing around them, but the movement can be tricky. I've observed that my axolotls rarely move sometimes near the time they start to hatch (which is quite misleading) but they end up hatching.
Best of luck!

They look like viable eggs from the picture. I have had all kinds of film and debris stick to eggs and they hatched. I wouldn't give up on those for sure.

Well, I had 4 eggs hatch but that was a few days ago the rest are getting cloudier and I presume developing bacteria or something as they've taken on a weird fuzzy look. Should I still hold on to these guys? I certainly want to have them hatch and prosper but am worried if i'm trying for the impossible! Thanks for the replies

Can you see if the larvae are still developing or moving? If you have the space, just let them sit another week and see what happens, unless you are in a rush to throw them out?

Well, I removed a few that got so cloudy I couldn't see through them and inspected the others under a light and to my surprise about 3 are fully deleloped and have eyes!!! Does this mean they will definitely hatch or is it possible they still might not either way definitely happy about these guys

I don't know for sure but just give them some more time.
