Are these foods safe?

Hi Guys,

I've just picked up some frozen beef cubes and some fresh miniture prawns from the supermarket and was wondering if either was safe to feed as a treat?

I think the prawns are ok if shelled. Depends on quality of beef, needs to have any fat cut off

The beef is very lean so will it be okay to feed a bit to my axxies? And if so I guess it needs to be raw?
