Are they trying to breed?

So in my tank I have a wildtype male & a albino & gold female axolotl....these two are both adults and probably 6-8 months old each...this morning I was watching the male & female albino doing what I can only describe as a dance...they were following each other across the tank and going above & below each other over & over again...is this a sign of breeding?

so in reading the article on axolotl.org, I believe I see 3 spermatophores on the bottom of the tank.... white spots being held in suspension on the bottom of the tank by some clear substance which I assume is the jelly that they described? so my question is will they necessarily breed if she isn't ready? or it is just that he calls the shots and she will breed regardless? reading some of the posts I figured I had time for them to mature but now I'm not so sure.....

Being she is only around 6 months I would try to prevent their breeding. Breeding at a young age can kill them or at the very least severely stress them.

what do I do? remove the spermatophore?

I'd try to remove the spermatophores as quickly as possible or even better separate them for the time being as previously said, breeding at such a young age really isn't healthy for the female. The problem with keeping them together at this point is of course it will happen again...and again etc.
