Article about culturing Canadian nightcrawlers

I was happy to find this article about captive culture of Lumbricus terrestris, a.k.a. Canadian nightcrawler.

I have always assumed that it was impossible, since they dig such deep burrows, but evidently it can be done, with modest yields of baby worms. I'm not sure if I have the space and/or patience to do this, but it's nice to know that it's possible.

I had heard about it, but given the low production of worms per unit of surface it´s just not practical for a gardenless pauper like me.
