Should I worry? Should I stop feeding her? Her tummy looks very big. Maybe lower the temperature in her tank?Or is this normal, and she will poo-poo in her own time? She is otherwise behaving normally, eating, and swimming, and playing

I would say that unless she starts floating or seems stressed, don't worry too much. You can always do "the fridge thing" (lots of other posts will give details) if it is of great concern. My Axies poop every 2 - 3 days, about the same frequency as their feeds. 10 days seems like a long time to not go poo-poo.

Sometimes their poop breaks up quickly or they do it in weird places

If the temp is high in the tank - higher than normal - maybe it would help to try and lower it a bit. I am sure someone will pop up soon though with some more helpful advice. In the meantime maybe look through some older posts/threads cause you can normally find info on just about everything (if you have time)

Weird,it must be a trend,my guys are only doing what I would expect from 1,and Boris looks a bit "podgey".I'm not too worried as they both are acting normal.Still, would like to know if it's something to be worried about.

All fine here. My little princess (Axelina)finally did a poo-poo

I have a simmilar problem. I have an axolotl that i got 12 days ago since then she hasn't produced any waste at all. she is happy, eating well,i feed her a small worm every day, and is not floating. can anyone help?

maybe you just missed it, axie poops are real fragile and will often dissipate if axie swims past, i dont often see my fours poops in the main tank. what substrate is it on?

could have possibly eaten them which would cause a blockage... either that or youve just missed them, if you would like to be sure you could place her in a bare bottom container for a week or so to see if anything comes out, youd just have to do a few extra water changes

Thanks. i hand feed her but the pet shop i got her at had small gravel could that be why?

smaller gravel would be less likely to block her up than larger gravel, even if you do handfeed they can often randomly snap at the gravel, maybe they get a sniff of something, who knows lol
