Axie Colours

I was just wondering... Because in a few weeks I'll be getting my new axies.

I'm hopefully getting either one light coloured wildtype/a melanoid...
And also a leucistic.

I was just wondering, because I'm ordering them in from the pet shop near me and I can apparantly choose the colours I want, whether or not their colours change as they get older? I'll be getting them at about 10cm... So if I ask for a leucistic one with as few black "freckles" as possible, will that change over time or is it just... like, whatever? And with the wildtype, are their colours subject to change as well?

I'd like a leucistic because i like their black eyes, but i'd rather a white one all over that was albino than a white one with black freckles.

Thanks for your help!

most leucistics get freckles, i havent seen much clean ones. i have a female that has slight peppering on just her face but my male has almost a black head with black on his sides etc. they definatly do change as they get older, they get darker i think (never seen one get lighter as it gets older). wildtypes come in many many colours, some are rusty reds (rarer) a slime green or varying shades of brown, they dont change too much normally.

if you want a pure white one get a albino cause theres no guarentee your leucy will stay freckle free lol. make sure you post some pics if you can once you get them
