Axie stopped eating!

So I've been having George since October 2015. He has missing gills and digits since I got him but I can see they are regenerating.(The limbs are definitely regenerating but I don't even know if they can regenerate gills?) He'd always been very healthy and he eats actively until a couple weeks ago. He suddenly stopped eating. His belly is a bit more skinny than before but he seems fine. Sometimes when I toss frozen blood worms into the water I notice some are gone the next day. I don't think they got sucked into the filter but I haven't seen George eating them neither. Before he stopped eating he always actively searched for worms and pellets. When I change water he always came and bite the hose. But now he doesn't proactively search for food anymore. I am worried. What should I do now? The temperature in the tank is a little bit above 22 degree. The dimension of the tank is 60 cm by 30 cm by 30 cm, bare bottom.

Please help us! Any advice will be appreciated!

What are the parameters for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and PH? The temperature is a bit too high. You may need to add some cooling methods to decrease the temperature. How big is George? Have you tried some earthworms? These are far more nutritious than bloodworm and more suitable as a staple diet. It may be worth trying these instead. Could you post some photos also?

I haven't test the water yet I plan to go to the pet store tomorrow to test it. I have put ice bottles in the tank to reduce the temperature now it's 17.5 degree as the picture below shows. George is a bit above 16 cm. Hopefully he's going to get better!
