Brainiac and Lex

Hi guys, Lexi is 6/ 6 1/2 years old and has generally been a healthy happy lotl, though yesterday she was staying in her log longer than normal and I noticed it's because her tail/ butt is floaty. She's been gaseous before from gulping too much air, but she usually gets it out much quicker than this.
It has been 2 full days, in that time I've done a 50% water change, she ate some fresh red wriggler worms ok (her usual diet aside from rare bloodworms), I've squeezed her sponge filter out in cycled water (my test kit is expired hope to get a new one Monday to get levels), and I've seen smaller poop pieces around which I think are recent as I generally clean any pieces I see. I've done a more thorough bottom cleaning now to see clearly if she poops.
She is fairly happy all things considered, other than her tail/ butt going up and she sort of curls it likely since she's stressed (not permanently curled though). She's swam a lap here and there going out of her log before returning to it shortly as it keeps her down. She looks and behaves as normal aside from swimming around less as obviously this bugs her and she doesn't want to leave her log for long. She has a chiller and temp has been fairly normal 63-64 (I kept it down to 62 today as I've heard slightly colder water helps them heal)... Just not sure what else I can do??
