Is there any harm with an axolotl eating a small reptile like a skink?

I don't think they could digest it well. Almost everything they feed on are invertabrates. Plus I think even most small lizards would be too big to eat.

Reptiles can also carry disease as well as possibly causing your axolotl harm by attacking it.

Some more suitable foods include earthworms/nightcrawlers, frozen bloodworms, and sinking salmon pellets.

As stated, the lizard would most likely do more harm than good to your axolotl. Please only feed it what is recommended. Experimenting with foods is a bad idea... Lizards are far too large to digest.

Why? A small reptile seems like such an odd thing to even think about feeding to an axie. No offense but I am curious what brought about this question?
