they all develop at different rates depending on genetics, nutrition, housing, ect. Some axolotls show their gender much sooner than others so there really is no definite answer here as too when. If you post a couple photos for us to get a good look at your axolotl, we can see if there is any real indication yet.
Okay! Between low lighting, poor camera quality and a slightly uncooperative axie, I finally got some decent-ish pictures! If these aren't clear enough I can continue to attempt at getting more!

Based on the slightly short and round body shape and what appears to be a small cloaca, I would guess female. It does still look perhaps a bit young to tell 100%, but looks like you probably have a girl! Congrats
